Head Volleyball Coach

School Year: 2025-2026

 

Essential duties of this position include the following:

1. Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
2. Follows and maintains knowledge of South Carolina High School League policies and procedures.
3. Instructs and demonstrates skill sets and techniques necessary for individual and team achievement.
4. Develops appropriate training programs and practice schedules.
5. Schedules non-region games and transportation for away games.
6. Ensures that all volleyball equipment and uniforms are properly stored and maintained.
7. Enforces discipline policies and emphasizes sportsmanship.
8. Maintains a safe environment for student athletes at all times.
9. Interacts thoughtfully and courteously with students, staff, parents, fellow coaches, and officials.
10. Resolves conflict in a professional manner.
11. Communicates effectively with Athletic Director and Principal.
