The Barnwell County School District is currently hiring certified staff for the 2025-2026 school year. The current vacancies are as follows:

Barnwell Elementary School

• Elementary Teachers
• School Counselor

Barnwell Primary School

• Special Education Teachers
• Pre-School Early Childhood Teachers

Barnwell High School

• Teachers - Science, Instuctional Engineering, History 
• Director of Guidance/School Counselor

Guinyard Butler Middle School

• Teachers - Middle Level (All Areas)

Kelly Edwards Elementary

• Elementary Teachers
• Reading Interventionist

Williston-Elko Middle School

• Middle Level Science Teacher
